Lawnscaping Challenge #34: Embossing sponsored by Lawn Fawn

Happy Monday everyone! We have a super fun challenge in store for you today!! Do you like embossing? I hope so because that is today's challenge. Now embossing can be done a number of ways with a number of tools/techniques. You can dry emboss using an embossing folder/die cutting machine, you can use your Scor-Pal or Martha Stewart Scoreboard. If you don't have those, you can use a bone folder and ruler!!!! Dry embossing is a great way to add texture to any project! You can also heat emboss!!! I love heat embossing! You just need some ink, a heat gun, embossing powder and some Versamark (if you are using a pigment ink that stays wet longer, you can bypass the Versamark step altogether)...... Here is a link to a video Laurel made ions ago using Ranger Puffs Embossing Powder. She showcases the basic steps of heat embossing.

Before we got started, a BIG HUGE thanks to Lawn Fawn for sponsoring this challenge with a free, in stock stamp set of the winner's choice! Thank you Lawn Fawn!!!!!!!

Returning with us is our fabulously talented May Guest Designer, Jennifer Rzasa who used both dry and heat embossing in her project.

We also have another special treat for you.  Karin Akesdotter is also joining us for this challenge. She too combined both dry and heat embossing in her creation!

And now, let's check out what the design team created:
